Mental Health challenges now impact our daily lives, relationships, communities. One in every five people struggle with mental illness and for too long the Christian Church has been silent to their pain – Jesus clearly calls us “to love our neighbors as ourselves.” Being silent has created a chasm defined by fears of being judged, rejected and alone.

It’s time to connect faith and mental illness. It’s time to build a bridge of hope which reflects God’s story of love and redemption where we encounter Jesus who is the light even in the darkness that can accompany mental illness.

There is a deep longing to belong in a church community that accepts, loves, supports, prays for and a walks along side those who struggle and their loved ones. We are all one in Christ.  We go together.
