RGPC The Mission Station

Looking for a way to serve God and your community?

If you are looking for a way to share your gift with the community and serve God, this is the page for you! We serve many local, national, and international charities and organizations.

How we serve our community:

  • Volunteering at Fort Street Mission on a regular basis
  • Participating in an annual CROP Walk
  • Holding three Red Cross Blood Drives each year
  • Hosting the Boy Scout Troop 270 since 1929, as well as the Livonia Co-op Nursery School, Recovery Group and the Old Rosedale Gardens Home Owners Association
  • Providing emergency food and gas gift cards to church and community members in need
  • Distributing tomato plants in May and donating them to the Salvation Army in Plymouth
  • Developing a Mission: Math program that has church members going into Grant School (across the street from the church) to help tutor the kids in math using flash cards
  • Assisting in sorting food at Forgotten Harvest
  • Volunteering to serve as greeters for every service, and handing out welcome bags to new members
  • Local inter-generational service opportunities offered monthly
